terms and conditions

1. Promotional Offer

  • 1.1. This offer (“Offer”) applies to eligible childcare providers that engage Helppli’s Marketing & Enrolment service (“Services”).
  • 1.2. Helppli will waive all upfront costs and monthly retainer fees for a period of six (6) months from the Service commencement date (“Promotional Period”).
  • 1.3. During the Promotional Period, the childcare centre pays only on conversion, with a one-off fee equal to two (2) weeks of the enrolled child’s fees per successful enrolment.
  • 1.4. This offer is limited, subject to availability, and may be withdrawn or amended at Helppli’s discretion.
  • 1.5. At the conclusion of the Promotional Period, a monthly retainer for marketing services of $1,500 + GST will apply for the first centre and $500 + GST per additional centres. In addition, there will be a one (1) week enrolment fee per successful enrolment, plus a $500 + GST enrolment services fee per centre, per month. This retainer may be waived at Helppli’s sole discretion, subject to minimum performance thresholds as determined by Helppli.

2. Eligibility

  • 2.1.  This Offer is available only to childcare providers that successfully complete an occupancy audit with Helppli and meet Helppli’s minimum eligibility thresholds. These thresholds may include (but are not limited to) child population, child-to-approved places ratios, commitment to advertising spend, and other operational factors, as determined by Helppli.  
  • 2.2. This offer is only available to childcare providers who engage Helppli’s for both Marketing and Enrolments.
  • 2.3. All information the childcare provider supplies must be accurate and complete. Helppli reserves the right to suspend or terminate this Offer if information is found to be false or misleading.

3. Service Engagement & Conversion

  • 3.1. The Offer applies only once Services are formally contracted and a Service commencement date is agreed.
  • 3.2.  “Conversion” is defined as an enquiry that results in a new enrolled family, with a completed enrolment form and enrolment fee or bond secured, according to Helppli’s internal tracking and qualification criteria. We may offer savings on sibling enrolments and direct sign-ups that do not require any additional effort on our part. Any such discounts are at Helppli’s sole discretion.
  • 3.3. Helppli will manage enquiries end‑to‑end, including contact, follow‑up, and conversion communication consistent with Helppli’s standards.

4. Fees & Charges

  • 4.1. No retainer or upfront cost will be charged during the Promotional Period.
  • 4.2. The childcare centre agrees to pay Helppli conversion fees for all eligible conversions within 14 days of the end of each month, regardless of the child’s start date or whether the child ultimately commences care.

5. Termination

  • 5.1. Helppli may terminate this Offer or Service engagement at any time if the childcare centre:
 a) Fails to pay conversion fees as agreed;
 b) Breaches any material term of the Service contract;
 c) Provides inaccurate or misleading information;
 d) Otherwise interacts in bad faith or disrupts Helppli’s ability to deliver Services.
  • 5.2. Upon termination, the childcare provider remains liable for all fees owing under standard Helppli fee schedule.
  • 5.3 There is a minimum engagement period of six (6) months. After this period, the childcare centre may terminate the service with 30 days’ written notice.  Otherwise, the contract will automatically renew for successive three (3) month periods until terminated.

6. Marketing Services Requirement

  • 6.1. Engagement of Helppli’s Marketing Services is a mandatory condition for eligibility.
  • 6.2. If Marketing Services are cancelled or not maintained for the duration of the Promotional Period, Helppli may terminate the Offer and apply standard pricing terms.

7. General Terms

  • 7.1. This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount, or incentive unless explicitly stated in writing by Helppli.
  • 7.2. Helppli may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time by providing written notice to the childcare provider.
