FAQs
What does “unlimited” mean?
Unlimited graphic design means you don’t have to pay hourly or per project. Create as many design projects as you
need, and we’ll complete them in your set order. Once a project is completed, we’ll start the next in your queue same-
day.
What kind of designs can Helppli create?
We can create anything graphic design related such as social media, flyer design, packaging etc. We currently do not
offer custom illustrations, motion graphics or video editing – but watch this space!
What details should my design request include?
We will provide you with a template and training on what to provide but basically we’ll need 3 things
- Description of the design you require.
- Specs in terms of file type, dimensions and print specifications.
- Add assets, images, copy and any inspiration of styles that you like.
How many revisions am I allowed and how do they work?
You have access to unlimited revisions. To keep your work moving forward quickly, it’s best to respond as soon as
you can to completed designs. Simply log into to the portal and provide feedback in the comments section.
How quick is Helppli’s turnaround time?
Designs are completed in 1-2 days. However, complex tasks such as infographics and multi-page booklets can take
longer.
How many designs can I get a month?
The amount of designs we can complete for you each month depend on the project’s complexity and your responsiveness to questions and feedback.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can pause your subscription at anytime. No questions asked. Best of all, we’ll continue designing until the end of the current month.
How do you process payments?
We invoice at the beginning of each calendar month. Payments are due with in 14 days of invoice. Pricing is exclusive of GST. Clients who sign up part way through the calendar month will have their invoice prorated. Prorated invoices will be billed the day your subscription starts. Credit card payments are unavailable at this time.
